Accommodation Rates for AWAKENED 2019 – Tawstock Court
– Prices for 2020 will be + £7.50 per room per weekend

N.B. Please note that the below rates and payments are all directly for the accommodation venue and not for AWAKENED.  We are simply acting as a booking service for ease of the event.

All rooms are newly refurbished (April this year) and all are lovely fresh & inviting rooms within the grounds of the Venue.

All rooms are provided on a Bed & Breakfast Basis – which will be a continental breakfast box delivered to your room.

We also have caterers on site that will be serving hot breakfast which is an additional option if you choose.  All rooms either have Tea & Coffee Facilities within the room or access to facilities in a specific area with seating.

Room prices start from approx £35 per person per night B&B & each booking is for a minimum of 3 nights as these rooms will not be reallocated during the weekend.
– 4 Night options are available as stated below..

Check In/Out: (We must have your expected date & time of arrival – even if you are not able to be there for the minimum booking of 3 nights as this room is blocked off for you).

Arrival Thursday 29th August – for exhibitors (setting up) can be from 12 noon.
& all other visitors 4pm.  If arriving on any other day check in is 10am.

Departure Check out is by 11am on the day you are departing, depending on your booking.  (Some extra leeway maybe possible in some rooms if you check with venue on arrival).
N.B. – ALL B&B guests must leave the venue by 12 noon on Monday 2nd September 2019.

Twin or Double room £215
Twin or Double room £250
Larger Twin or Double & Views of Codden Hill £260
Apartment Style Room £280 (allows Dogs)
(1 room) VIP Suite £280 – Honeymoon suite!
(1 room) Disabled Facilities Room £250
**Family Room (3 rooms) – add £20 per person per night for 3rd or 4th persons sharing on a comfortable ZBED.
** For 4 nights stay – add an extra £25 per person for the extra night.

There are 2 rooms that allow Dogs to stay!
One is the apartment (as above)

One is a Twin/Double £250 – dog is in lounge area only.
N.B. Rooms are held on a first come first serve basis and only when payment of your deposit has been received.

** Dogs – you must be responsible for bring own dog bedding etc and clearing up throughout the weekend whilst walking.
